Program Description

This is a fledgling program begun by the Concrete Chief of Police to assist the police department in its patrol duties. This is a small town in a rural community with only 2 full time officers and one reserve. The CPA is tasked with assisting in patrols, crime scene protection, traffic control and civic events.
The program has just gradiuated its first 5 memebers and is recruiting more from the local area to expand its patrol duties.
