Program Description

Our volunteers are utilized as sworn deputy sheriff's with full law enforcement powers, suplementing uniform patrol. Addtionaly Our program includes a civilian Honorary Special Deputies unit, Mounted Search and rescue, Communications personnel, Mobile Command Post Operations, Are you Ok Senior Program, Rad Kids program, Administrative assistance, A Volunteer ambulance service, a county wide Hazardous Materials Team, CERT program, Junior Police Academy, Civilian Police Academy and an Explorer post
