All reserve officers are police academy graduates and possess the same peace officer's power of arrest. They perform the same duties as the regular police officers and are certified and trained in operations such as SWAT, Marine Patrol, ATV Patrol, Mounted Patrol, Crime Scene Investigations and other areas of specialization.
The Support Section consists of specialists such as Chaplain, SRT/Division Physician, Paramedic, Crime Prevention Officer, Recovery Divers, Aircraft Pilots and others.
