Program Description

The Hagerstown Citizens on Patrol, Inc. (HCP) is a non-profit organization created to serve the community by assisting the Hagerstown Police Department in the identification and deterrence of crime. The organization consists of dedicated members of our community who regularly volunteer their time and efforts by patrolling our community as extra “eyes and ears” for the Hagerstown Police Department. HCP regularly patrols on weekend evenings and has been instrumental in numerous apprehensions of persons committing criminal acts.
